How does your return policy work?
You can notify us of a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your health pack. Send an email to info@bennheims.com We will provide you with the shipping address. The products must NOT be opened or used for us to be able to take them back.
How much does shipping costs?
All orders within India are shipped free of charge.
Can I track my order?
When you buy a health pack once or with your first order of a subscription, we will send you an email with a tracking link from the shipping provider. This link can be used on the shipping partner's website to locate your order.
The refill pouches will be send without a tracking link, the pouches fit through your mailbox.

When will I receive the refill of my subscription pack?
The refill pouches of a subscription will be sent every month on the same date. This way you will always have your monthly supply of your subscribed health pack before the previous one is finished.
What is your delivery time?
All orders within India will be delivered in one week. We will notify you when your order has been sent, look out for a confirmation email from our shipping partner.
